“Consolidated Bill”

In preparation for the activation of the “Consolidated Bill” and to save time and effort of Suez Canal Authority clients.

Suez Canal Authority urges the shipping agencies to adhere to presenting the required documents stated in article 15 pages 43, 44 and 45, para. (D) of appendix no.1 page 93 also the original “weight certificate” required for heavy units 200 tons or more stated in para (B) of appendix no.1 page 92 of the “Rules of Navigation” August 2015 edition.

Where these documents to be presented before transit or to be availed on the vessel during inspection for transit; this to ensure the prompt determination of the actual transit dues hence the prompt issuance of the “Consolidated Bill”.

Considering that any documents presented after the vessel’s transit will not be accepted.
